Our support coordinator team

Julian is an experienced specialist support coordinator with nearly a decade of knowledge in the disability sector. He is dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities, with a particular focus on individuals dealing with mental health and psycho-social challenges. Julian has a degree in psychology as well as practical experience working on crisis support lines, which gives him a unique skill set and a deep understanding to support the needs of vulnerable individuals.

Morgan has been with Leisure Networks since 2016 and has over 15 years experience in the disability sector, beginning her career in all abilities sports coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Social Work. Her passion for supporting people with disabilities has motivated her work across government and not-for-profit organisations.

Jojo has been with Leisure Networks for five years. She holds a Master of Social Work and has case management experience working with newly arrived refugees. She is passionate about connecting with people and helping individuals achieve what they want in life. Jojo is a keen learner and strives to continually grow and develop as a person.

Connie holds a Bachelor in Nursing and has worked in the disability sector for 12 years. She is passionate about supporting participants with complex needs; assisting them to find solutions that provide a better quality of life for both the participant and those that support them. Connie is focused on seeing each participant achieve their goals to live their best possible lives.

Zoe has 3 years’ experience working as a support coordinator. She holds a degree in Social Work. Zoe has experience working with neurological conditions and assisting people with SDA and SIL houses. Outside work you will always find Zoe with a book.

Madisson holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree from UTAS and has worked in the disability sector for over 3 years.  Madisson is a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator, committed to empowering people to achieve their goals. 

Madisson takes pride in building strong relationships based on trust, respect and clear communication which ensures that each person feels supported and confident in navigating their NDIS journey.

Brody has been working as a support coordinator since 2022, she enjoys working with people to achieve their goals and make the most out of their NDIS plans.

Brody previously worked as an enrolled nurse for 4 years in the hospital setting.

Brody enjoys building positive working relationships with customers, families and providers, ensuring customers have the right to make informed decisions and are encourages people to exercise their own choice and control.

In her spare time Brody enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and furbabies, she also enjoys hiking, mountain bike riding and gaming.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science with the goal of completing a masters of OT. I am passionate about working in the disability sector and have been working in it since 2021.

Nola has been with Leisure Networks since 2025. Nola has completed her Bachelor of Disability Studies and has been working in the disability field for over 30 years, including Support Coordination since 2018. Nola spends time to build rapport with each individual and their support networks so that strategies can be put in place to enable the individual to live their best life.

Abbey brings 5 years of experience in the Community Services sector, holding both Certificate IV in Community Services and Certificate IV in Mental Health. She has a strong background in case management, with expertise gained from roles in employment services, disability employment services, and currently in NDIS support coordination.

In addition to her sector-specific knowledge, Abbey has over 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, and events. This diverse skill set enables her to offer a client-centered service, exceptional advocacy and negotiation abilities, and a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for her clients.

Maria has three years experience working in the disability sector, previously working in the disability employment services, Maria transitioned into Support Coordination in 2024. Maria is deeply committed in advocating for inclusivity, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and assisting individuals in navigating the NDIS space. With a bachelor’s degree in health science and a certificate IV in Mental Health Maria brings a range of knowledge and skills to her role.

Rhiannon is a former Division 1 Registered Nurse who moved from nursing into the community care sector in 2007, managing community aged care packages. Rhiannon transitioned into the disability sector and NDIS space as a Support Co-ordinator in 2019, and has been supporting participants with complex needs, particularly high medical requirements, participants with mental health diagnosis, justice involvement and early intervention, whose drive is to build the capacity of her participants and ensure that participants are well supported and receive the outcomes they desire to achieve their goals.

Dermott has worked in the disability sector since 2018, starting as a support worker in Specialist Disability Accommodation in Stawell and Geelong. Dermott transitioned into Support Coordination in 2023. Dermott is dedicated to enhancing participants’ well-being, social inclusion, and independence. He consistently strives to make a positive impact in the lives of those he supports. Dermott prides himself on building strong relationships with participants,  families and their stakeholders

Having more than 13 years of industry experience working with individuals and families impacted by disability and/ or disadvantage in the UK and Australia. Elaine has diverse experience in direct support work, employment supports, NDIS plan development, and the coordination of supports, across sectors including social housing, homelessness/ social enterprise, aged care, mainstream employment services, and most recently, the NDIS. Passionate about equity and fairness, Elaine aims to empower individuals to take control of their lives through education and supported decision-making, leading to successful outcomes. Elaine holds a BSc (Hons) in Rural Business Management with a focus on resource management and strategy providing a platform for the effective use of customer plan funds and constructive collaboration within care teams.

Julie has been with Leisure Networks for 6 years. She has worked in many different roles the disability sector for the past 30 years, from individual and group support work, residential care and managing respite programs before to moving into Support Coordination. Julie is extremely passionate about what she does and is always customer focused. She believes it is important that people know what support is available to them to help them reach their goals so that they can have choice and control over their own lives.

Chris has over seven years experience in the disability sector across a range of roles including community and residential support work before moving into support coordination in 2019. He believes it is important to understand all aspects of how to support someone and finds joy in helping individuals reach their goals, linking them in with supports and services that they enjoy while assisting their families to stay involved. Chris focusses on working with NDIS participants and their families to give them the knowledge of how to navigate the NDIS world, giving them the confidence to use their plan. Chris prides himself building strong relationships with participants, their support networks, providers and colleagues.

Sally has worked in Disability and Community Health over 30 years with experience in mental health, aged care and disability. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Sport and Recreation. Sally is passionate about providing opportunities for people to be able to find meaningful connection in their lives and contribute to their community. She is a inclusive, supportive non judgemental person who works towards ensuring the best outcomes possible for her customers.

Julia is an experienced Support Coordinator, who works with individuals from childhood through to adulthood. Her background in support work has provided her with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of individuals with disabilities. Julia’s commitment extends to her current pursuit of psychology studies, further fueling her passion for providing well-informed care, to ensure every individual’s journey is characterised by empowerment and well being.

Aureen has held many different roles across the disability sector over the past seven years. She is driven by a strong passion to support people with disability. As a Support Coordinator, Aureen focuses on the quality of the service delivery and impact to make it a great experience for each NDIS participant she supports. Aureen makes use of every opportunity for learning and development to enhance her skills and knowledge.

Nicci began her journey in the disability sector back in 2002, working in mental health then completing a Cert IV in Mental Health, AOD, Training & Assessment and Diplomas in Mental Health, AOD and Counselling. Nicci became a support worker in 2013 before moving into Support Coordination. Each position has held its own rewards and challenges and Nicci is proud to learn something new every day from the people she works with and for.

Denise has been with Leisure Networks since 2022. She holds a Diploma in Community Services with extensive experience across welfare, early childhood and employment pathways. Her lived experience caring for family members with disabilities has given Denise a deep understanding of the challenges faced by participants and their caregivers. Denise has a genuine passion for her work in disability and providing quality support to her customers and their caregivers.

Tayla has been in support coordination for just over a year, following a special interest in Psychosocial disabilities. Her warm, approachable manner and openness to spending time to listen to customers about their needs has proven successful in helping participants reach their NDIS goals.

Helen has worked in multiple roles across the Community Sector over the past 30 years and holds an Associate Diploma of Welfare Studies. Following a career in Pregnancy Support, Helen moved into the disability sector where her experience spans: foster care, housing and case management. Helen has been with Leisure Networks since 2019. She has a special interest in supporting people with disabilities who live independently, ensuring they get the best outcomes from their plan.

Ramona has worked in the disability sector for over 18 years, working across both Government and Not for Profit Organisations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (majoring in Disability Studies) and Post graduate certificate in Family Therapy.

She is knowledgeable and respectful, and will follow the pace of the customer’s readiness to make changes or embrace their goals.

Ivy has worked in the disability sector for over 10 years and holds a Master of Social Science in Social Work. She brings previous experience as a social worker in Hong Kong, focused on providing training and employment services to people with a disability. Ivy has been with Leisure Networks since 2023. She has a deep passion for helping customers achieve their goals, following a customer-centred approach where she spends quality time with people to build relationships based on trust.

Pooja has worked in disability sector for nearly five years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health, working as a trainer and supporting people with disabilities to achieve her qualifications. Pooja has been with Leisure Networks since 2021. She believes in person centred approach, ensuring she prioritises the individual at the centre of everything she does.

Jane brings many years of experience working in the disability sector both in Melbourne and regional Victoria, with close to 10 years working in Support Coordination. Over her time, she has witnessed significant legal and cultural changes in the sector. She holds a Certificate in Disability (MRN) as well as a Degree in Art History. Jane joined Leisure Networks in 2022 and enjoys being part of a support team working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary framework that focuses on positive outcomes for our customers.

Edyta joined LN in June 2023 with experience in Assistive Technology. She has worked in the disability/aged care sector for the past 3 years and has been involved in community work for most of her career, first as a teacher, then as a legal interpreter. She is passionate about empowering her customers and enabling them to increase their independence and social interaction. She has seen the benefits of the services provided by Leisure Networks and is striving to provide a holistic and compassionate support to her customers.

Kayla has worked as a support coordinator for Leisure Networks for almost 4 years. Kayla has previously worked as a direct support worker and also in an Access & Support role for several years, supporting a diverse range of people to overcome barriers to being able to access services which included supporting customers to apply for and access the NDIS. Kayla is passionate about mental health and supporting children and young people with additional needs to reach their goals and live an improved quality of life.

Liz has completed a Diploma of Community Services and is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work at Deakin University.

She is passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey of achieving their goals and having positive outcomes. She is committed to support and assist participants holistically to become more independent through building capacity and encouraging empowerment.

Liz is a strong believer of respect, equality, human rights and having an inclusive society for all.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, cooking, camping and being outside in nature.

Esnart holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with over 5 years of experience in the disability sector. She is passionate about working and supporting people living with various disabilities. She is a compassionate and empathetic individual, dedicated to assisting clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Esnart has been with Leisure Networks since 2022 and has always endeavored to support participates with a holistic individualized approach.
