disability services – NDIS

Over the last 30 years not-for-profit community organisation Leisure Networks has been supporting people with disabilities to be independent and connected in their community.

Support Coordination

Our support coordinators help people learn about the NDIS, assist with choosing new services, find programs to build independence and manage their NDIS funding. Support Coordinators are very experienced with the NDIS and in finding ways to meet a person’s needs and their goals.

Financial Plan Management

As an experienced NDIS plan management provider we take the worry out of paying your NDIS bills. Our staff are skilled, efficient and very responsive, ensuring providers are paid on behalf of people with an NDIS plan.

Independent Living

This fantastic model of support allows us to develop your independence within the home and community. Together you will set and achieve your own goals, be empowered, have fun, gain confidence, grow, develop skills, have support, learn and enjoy special friendships.

SLES – School Leavers Employment Supports

SLES is about giving you the skills and confidence to help you move from school to employment.

SLES offers you individualised support for up to 2 years after finishing year 12 to help you get ready for work and plan your pathway to employment.

Skill Building Groups

Our skill-building programs can assist people into employment, independent living or in pursuing a healthy, more active life.

School Holiday Programs

Our school holiday programs offer people of all ages the opportunity to connect with their community, make friends and experience new things in a small group setting. We offer programs each day of the school holidays (except public holidays) for a range of ages.

Social and Recreation Groups

Our recreation and leisure programs encourage friendships, fun and new experiences and increased capacity in your everyday life.

Holidays and Weekends Away

For people wanting to explore new & interesting places, our team are experienced travelling with small groups around Victoria, and Interstate. Our groups build confidence in itinerary planning, choosing activities and managing spending money.

Everyone should have the opportunity to live a life doing things that are important to them, and the NDIS provides the mechanism for people with a disability to be able to do that
