Fun and simple activities for kids to do during COVID-19
Looking for more activities to do for kids during COVID-19 that is simple and easy to do at home with things you may find around your house?
According to Vic Health nine out of ten (92%) Australian 12–17 year-olds DO NOT meet the Australian Physical Activity guidelines of 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
With the challenges of social isolation this may be even more difficult for young people to engage with physical activity.
Bowling Victoria have shared some engaging activities to do in the home to give young people time away from their screens and keep active.
