We had our first official ‘Customer Listening Room’ session last week.
The evening was a free flowing discussion with five of our wonderful customers and their families to hear their thoughts and feedback about how Leisure Networks supports them to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations.
We will be having three more of these sessions over the next 12 months, we will continue to look to innovate and grow this concept so that we can engage with more customers across Victoria. The five people and their families attending on Thursday were all excited and are keen to hear from all of our service areas and business operations about how they can provide feedback on operational ideas, how they can provide feedback so that we can improve and have our customers contribute to the delivery of the services they receive.
These sessions provide us with such an incredible opportunity to hear the voice of our valued customers and to co-design how we operate.
