Active Lives - Capacity Building Program 
Start your week off with
some movement, exploring
local health and wellbeing
centres. Through our Active
Lives program you will
enjoy heading to the gym,
nature walks, golf and some
group training programs.
The program is designed to
support your mental health as
much as your physical health,
helping to get the endorphins
flowing while you build social
connection in the community.

School Pick up: 2.30pm - 3.45pm (Students will be picked up based on their pick up location & School finish times
