Active Lives 
Start your week off with
some movement, exploring
local health and wellbeing
centres. Through our Active
Lives program you will
enjoy heading to the gym,
nature walks, golf and some
group training programs.
The program is designed to
support your mental health as
much as your physical health,
helping to get the endorphins
flowing while you build social
connection in the community.

Monday- 10am to 2pm

Tuesday -11am to 3pm

Monday 29th January & Tuesday 30th Feburary. This program will finish on the week beginning 25th March.
