Leisure Networks is partnering with Golden Plains Shire & Harwood Andrews to deliver a Governance & Incorporated Association Training Session.Good Governance allows community clubs to keep their sport safe and inclusive, as well as maintaining strong operational processes to ensure the club is sustainable into the future.
The session content will cover the below key points:
- Rules of an Incorporated Association
- Model Rules vs Own Rules
- Good Governance at Committee Level - including clear position descriptions and effective meetings
- Managing Risk

It is strongly encouraged that clubs and management entities based within Golden Plains Shire have a representative attend this session, or at the alternative session offered in Smythesdale on Monday 29th May for clubs based in the North.
