ADULTS Term 3 – Active Lives

Active Lives 

Start your week off with some movement, exploring local health and wellbeing centres. Through our Active Lives program you will enjoy heading to the gym, nature walks, golf and some
group training programs. The program is designed to support your mental health as much as your physical health, helping to get the endorphins flowing while you build social connection in the community.




Outcomes / Goals Leisure Networks supports you to reach your NDIS goals, here are some outcomes you can expect from your experience.

Who: Adults

When: Tuesdays - 10:00am to 2:00pm and Tuesdays 11:00am - 3:00pm

Commences Monday the 15th of July and Tuesday the 16th of July

Term 3 finishes Monday the 16th of September and Tuesday the 17th of September

Where: Leisure Networks, 4 Verner Street, South Geelong

Out of Pocket Cost: $150.00
