 LEISURE NETWORKS COVID-19 Update – 17 February 2021

Victoria’s snap five-day lock down ends at midnight tonight.

With the latest announcements from the state government ending it’s snap five-day lock down with only a few restrictions to remain effective from midnight tonight, I am pleased to let you know that all our NDIS programs which operate in the community are resuming as of tomorrow Thursday 18th February.

This is a fantastic way forward but it is still important to remember to adhere to the restrictions that are still in place.The health and safety of our customers, staff and communities is and will continue to be our priority and is the single most important issue when making decisions at Leisure Networks.

It is our duty of care to provide a safe, health promoting work environment that minimises risks of exposure to COVID-19 and we will continue to deliver our wellness checks prior to attending any supports.

Community-group programs and SLES work experience:

  • All face to face group programs will be resumed as of tomorrow 18th February
  • All community-group activities and SLES work experience will resume as of tomorrow Thursday 18th February.

We know that many people we support and their families are needing important supports at this time. Remember we are always available should you want additional or new supports.

  • SLES program
  • Online groups

Support Coordination Services 

Support coordinators continue to provide important support at this time. Our staff are working from home and all communication is being conducted via online conferencing or telephone. This means we can keep delivering the excellent quality of support you are used to receiving from Leisure Networks. If you have questions about your NDIA plan or changes in your circumstances, please call your support coordinator directly or our Customer Engagement Team ph. 5222 3911. 

Financial Plan Management 

Our Financial Plan Management services will continue to deliver the same level of great service to our customers and processing of all provider invoices.
