After record vaccination rates that will soon see Victoria become one of the most vaccinated places in the world, our state is set on a path back to normal living resembling our pre-COVID lives. “Premier Daniel Andrews

What does this mean for LN services?

We are delighted to announce ALL LN group programs in Barwon and West will resume and we are excited about exploring new possibilities of support with you.

A special call out to our Kids and Teens – there are still some spots left to join in our fun social groups so check out what we have on offer and secure your spot  CLICK HERE

Most of our new found freedoms come with the requirement that we are fully vaccinated (or have a medical exemption) and can show evidence of our vaccination status. The easiest way to store your vaccination certificate is by downloading a digital copy onto your Smart phone via the Service Victoria app: https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/get-your-covid-19-digital-certificate

For people without a smartphone, a printed version of the COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement can be used as evidence of vaccination. You can ask your vaccination provider (e.g., GP) to print your COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement.

You can also call Services Australia on 1800 653 809 and ask them to send your Immunisation History Statement to you. It can take up to 14 days to arrive in the post.

If you have a medical exemption, you are also required to produce evidence (such as a medical certificate or letter from an approved medical practitioner) accompanied by some photo id.

To attend a Leisure networks group activity, we will require evidence of your vaccinations status and if you need some support in obtaining your evidence documents, we are here to help! Just call our friendly team on 5222 3911 to request some assistance.

To make sure you’re ready to go for your next group activity with Leisure Networks we’ll be asking you about your vaccination status during your next wellness check.

Leisure Networks can still offer you individual supports if you are unable to get vaccinated, so please make sure you discuss your needs with one of our friendly staff.

Leisure Networks Covid 19 Policy ensures we are is fully committed and compliant with all Covid safe methods including PPE, a fully vaccinated workforce and all social distancing measures.

Take care and enjoy getting back to your normal living pre-Covid lives!
