We have encountered a few bugs with the new system during it’s implementation and we are working hard to iron out these technical issues, but in the meantime we want you to know;
- we are doing everything we can to pay your invoices as quickly as possible,
- have dedicated additional customer support officers to help you, and;
- have now allocated a designated phone number for you to ring if you are experiencing any problems related to the payment of your invoices. (03) 5224 9992.
We understand that there are some challenges for you in terms of our processing of invoices and we are working around the clock to get that rectified as soon as possible.
