Leisure Networks COVID Update 15th July 2021

Masks Mandatory Indoors;

No doubt you have all woken up to the news that unfortunately there has been a change to COVID Restrictions in Victoria.

From 11:59 pm on Wednesday, 14 July 2021, if you live in Victoria;

  • Face masks are mandatory indoors (not at home) for anyone aged 12 and above, unless an exception applies.
  • Face masks must be worn outdoors for anyone aged 12 and above if 1.5 m distance cannot be maintained, from people who are not members of your household or your intimate partner.

Pubic exposure sites have been identified in Barwon Heads, Highton and Waurn Ponds
There have been new public exposure sites listed in Barwon Heads, Highton and Waurn Ponds.
Please see the exact locations here.  These premises have either had confirmed cases visit during their infectious period, or are sites where a confirmed case may have acquired their infection.

Tiers 1, 2, and 3 Explained:

Tier 1 exposure sites
Anyone who has visited a Tier 1 exposure site during the times listed must immediately isolate, get a COVID-19 test, and quarantine for 14 days from the date of exposure. You should also contact the Department of Health on 1300 651 160.

Tier 2 exposure sites
Anyone who has visited a Tier 2 exposure site during times listed should urgently get a COVID-19 test and isolate until they receive a negative result. You should also contact the Department of Health on 1300 651 160.  Continue to monitor for symptoms, get tested again if symptoms appear.

Tier 3 exposure sites
Anyone who has visited a Tier 3 exposure site during times listed should monitor for symptoms. If symptoms develop, immediately get a COVID-19 test and isolate until you receive a negative result.

If you have any symptoms, no matter how mild, you should get tested for COVID-19.

Check-in everywhere you visit using  the Service Victoria QR code app, no matter how long you spend at that location.

Support Coordination Services

Financial Plan Management

Our Financial Plan Management team continues to deliver the same level of great service to our customers and processing of all provider invoices.  A reminder that the launch of our NEW Leisure Networks Portal will take place on the 19th July.  The NEW online platform will provide our Financial Plan Management customers a self service option to:

  • update profiles,
  • view claims and payments,
  • access service agreements, bookings and active funding,
  • view and submit invoices and statements and
  • receive access to a monthly overview of their spending.
