SPORTING CLUB MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS TRAINING

Evidence indicates that community groups, including sporting clubs, provide a unique opportunity for people to gather, connect and grow. The sporting club  environment  is  an  ideal place  to  provide health and well-being activities to foster positive, inclusive environments.

Strengthening connections amongst sporting club members is imperative given the recent Covid restrictions. The Mental Health Awareness training allows clubs to set a supportive culture going forward that will contribute to and build on the return to play practices as you prepare for the new season to start.
