Social Networkers is a perfect way for you to fulfil your goal to connect with others and the community. At the beginning of
the term we’ll get together as a group to plan all the fun activities we want do to build capacity and get social! Try new things and share some of your favourites things to do with friends as you gain new skills, confidence and independence.
