Our programs for older adults introduces a range of outside activities like pole walking, tennis, lawn bowls, golf, or tai chi and no experience is needed. For people wanting to improve strength and balance, then the Strong and Steady – no falls group might suit. This program is aimed at people who are less active or prefer chair based exercises.
