Leisure Networks is at an exciting time! Our new strategic directions include an ambitious growth plan which will see our organisation expand into new areas across inner, northern and western suburbs of Melbourne. 

To support this growth we are seeking skilled professionals to add to our team of highly regarded Support Coordinators. We are looking for allied health professionals and experienced disability or mental health practitioners who are comfortable dealing with complex situations. You must be commited to building a person's capacity to take control over their NDIS plan and to make new choices about life options.

We are seeking to fill multiple positions on a rolling basis with work commencing November 2017 and recruitment continuing over the next 6 months.  Positions will be based in Melbourne (West Heidelberg) and/or Geelong and can be part time (0.6 minimum) or full time depending on the successful candidates availability.  Please review the Position Description for further information;
