Coordinator, People and Culture

  • Part Time (16.5 hours per week over 3 days)

The Coordinator, People and Culture will be responsible for partnering with the Inclusion Support Team to provide support in all areas relating to Human Resources.  This includes actively seeking and responding to staff feedback, as well as undertaking HR administration for the Inclusion Support Team relating to employment, recruitment of Support Workers, induction, Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing (WHS&WB), payroll and L&D.  This will role work in collaboration with the Inclusion Support Team Leaders to support key HR functions for their team and will be successful via the development of strong relationships with our Support Workers and wider organisation.  Reporting directly to the Manager, People and Culture, the role will also undertake other generalist HR duties as part of the People and Culture Team.

Program Coordinator, Community & Club Development (Sport, Recreation & Health) - Geelong

  • Fixed term until 30th June 2019
  • Part Time (4 days per week/0.8)
  • Commencing ASAP

Working in the Sport, Recreation and Health team, the Program Coordinator, Community and Club Development role works in a collaborative and pro-active way to ensure the high quality delivery of funded and fee for service programs. An important focus of this role is the delivery of an integrated and holistic approach to inclusive participation opportunities within the Access for All Abilities Program, and the ability to identify and implement actions which provide connection and integration to the suite of programs and opportunities Leisure Networks manages across the organisation.

It is expected that the Program Coordinator, Community and Club Development will identify and seek out opportunities to develop new and creative programs and possible funding streams in line with the organisation’s new strategic directions. This role will have a level of autonomy and accountability for delivering a specific work plan and will make a strong contribution to developing a positive and flexible organisational culture. Disability/Inclusion Support Workers - Geelong (Casual)

As Leisure Networks continue to expand our programs and activities for kids, teens and adults, we are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to help provide support to deliver these programs, in order to enable our participants to transition to a desired level of independence. Based in Geelong, we have multiple positions to offer on a casual basis, with shifts including weekdays, evenings and weekends. We are looking for enthusiastic and creative people who are passionate about engaging others and promoting social and community inclusion.  Previous disability experience is essential.
