Position Description - Customer Engagement Coordinator

Based in Geelong and reporting to the Manager, Business Operations, this newly created part time (0.7) position is responsible for ensuring that every existing or prospective Leisure Networks customer has a positive and engaging experience every single time they contact us, whether that be via phone, email, website or in person.  The position requires someone who exudes a warm and engaging personality, who can easily converse with a range of people, who can quickly assess customer needs and provide a prompt and confident response.  The position will also be responsible for office management duties including reception, general office coordination and facilities, as well as providing assistance to the CEO and Leadership Team as required. Initiative and being a self-starter is critical.

Position Description - Support Coordinator

We will be seeking to fill multiple positions on a rolling basis over the next six months.  Positions will be based in Melbourne (West Heidelberg) and/or Geelong and can be part time (0.6 minimum) or full time depending on the successful candidates availability.
