Coordinator, Programs & Services - West

  • Based in Werribee (Leisure Networks satellite office)
  • Full Time, On Going Position
  • No two days are the same!

This new and exciting position has been created to support the development, implementation and expansion of Leisure Networks programs and services across the Western Melbourne area.  This is a diverse role that includes coaching and mentoring Support Workers, rostering, customer engagement and program coordination.

The position requires someone who can apply their strong understanding of the NDIS and current best practice trends, as well as experience providing direct support of people with disability. A key element to this role is the ability to develop and support staff whilst on program and provide direct feedback and mentoring, so as to ensure staff feel supported and quality of service improves.

Support Coordinators - Geelong, Werribee and/or Melbourne

We are keen to hear from experienced Support Coordinators who might like to work with us at our Geelong, Werribee and/or Melbourne locations!  We currently have a vacancy in our Geelong team.  You can also register your interest for future opportunities based at our Werribee and/or Melbourne offices.

Support Coordinators at Leisure Networks have a primary focus on capacity building across all domains of an individual’s life, working with a broad range of customers from children to older adults.  The role of a Support Coordinator is to implement NDIS plans, build the capacity of individuals and their informal support network, linking to all services required including mainstream and formal support services.  Our Support Coordination customers can have varied complexities within their lives and will need to confidently navigated by the Support Coordinator,  These complexities can vary and we are therefore seeking an experienced Support Coordinator who has knowledge operating in the NDIS, experience in disability supports and/or working within child protection, housing or health services.

A Support Coordinator actively promotes the empowerment of individuals to exercise their choice and control through identifying opportunities for innovative service delivery to pursue individuals goals.  A Support Coordinator also provides opportunities to strengthen an individual’s independence and navigate the NDIS.

Disability/Inclusion Support Workers - (Casual)

  • Geelong or Wyndham/Werribee
  • Casual shifts including weekdays, evenings and weekends 

As Leisure Networks continue to expand our programs and activities for kids, teens and adults, we are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to help provide support to deliver these programs, in order to enable our participants to transition to a desired level of independence. We have multiple positions to offer enthusiastic and creative people who are passionate about engaging others and promoting social and community inclusion.  Previous disability experience is essential.
