Support Coordinators - Register your interest for future opportunities!

We are always interested in hearing from people who might like to work as a Support Coordinator with us across any of our sites (Geelong, Werribee, Melbourne)!

Support Coordinators at Leisure Networks have a primary focus on capacity building across all domains of an individual’s life.  At Leisure Networks we work with a broad range of customers from children to older adults.  The role of a Support Coordinator is to implement NDIS plans, build the capacity of individuals and their informal support network, linking to all services required including mainstream and formal support services.  Our Support Coordination customers can have varied complexities within their lives and will need to confidently navigated by the Support Coordinator,  These complexities can vary and we are therefore seeking an experienced Support Coordinator who has knowledge operating in the NDIS, experience in disability supports and/or working within child protection, housing or health services.

A Support Coordinator actively promotes the empowerment of individuals to exercise their choice and control through identifying opportunities for innovative service delivery to pursue individuals goals.  A Support Coordinator also provides opportunities to strengthen an individual’s independence and navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Disability/Inclusion Support Workers - (Casual)

  • Geelong or Werribee

As Leisure Networks continue to expand our programs and activities for kids, teens and adults, we are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to help provide support to deliver these programs, in order to enable our participants to transition to a desired level of independence. Based in Geelong and Werribee, we have multiple positions to offer on a casual basis, with shifts including weekdays, evenings and weekends. We are looking for enthusiastic and creative people who are passionate about engaging others and promoting social and community inclusion.  Previous disability experience is essential.
