Indoor soccer

The Indoor soccer competitions finished last week. Two competitions ran, one at Belmont at the Barwon Valley Activity Centre and one in Corio at the LeisureTime centre, both these competitions catered for people with disabilities and were huge successes. They were lots of fun and focused on inclusion and enjoyment rather than scoreboard results. The programs were flexible and allowed for a wide range of people with a wide range of abilities to be involved.  The programs will run again next year so if anyone is interested please contact Paul Schoe for the Corio indoor soccer program on 0400 559 831, or Nancy Donkers for the Belmont indoor soccer program on 5241 6601. Or call Steven Tibbits at Leisure Networks on 5224 9908 for information about this or any other sports options for people with disabilities including Football, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball, Netball, Lawn Bowls and much much more!
